How long is the build?
6–8 weeks from confirmed order. We hand-paint and assemble each bike to your spec in our Gold Coast studio. We'll send progress photos at the halfway mark.
What's the range of the Rogue Adventure?
100–120km in eco mode on the standard 600Wh Samsung 21700 battery. Real-world range depends on rider weight, terrain, pedal assist level, and tyre pressure. Sport and Boost modes reduce range to roughly 70km and 50km respectively.
Is the Rogue Adventure EN-15194 legal?
Yes — in the standard 250W configuration, the Rogue XT meets EN 15194 + AS/NZS 1927 and is fully road-legal in Australia. Higher-power configurations (750W, 1000W) are private-land only and not road-legal. The configurator flags this clearly before you confirm.
What if I want to change my build mid-production?
Free changes within 7 days of deposit. After that, paint changes incur a re-spray fee ($380). Powertrain swaps are free up to 14 days. Email us within the window and we'll adjust.
What's the warranty?
2 years on the frame + electrics, covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Wear items (brake pads, tyres, chain) are excluded. First-service voucher included — we'll dial it in at the 500km mark.
Shipping & returns?
Free DDP shipping anywhere in Australia (QLD/NSW $250–$300, WA $380–$450, remote +$100). 14-day return for change of mind on unused bikes. Custom paint is non-refundable once production has started.
